Choose from a solid Regular size or a versatile Adjustable version, and pick from 19 vibrant Polymaker PETG colors to match your wagon or your style.

Now available with an optional custom-fit cup holder, designed specifically to snap snugly over our 3D printed handlebar extension for a seamless, purpose-built fit.

📐 Handlebar Extension Size Options

The Regular is a one-piece fixed extension, ideal if you know the exact height you need. The Adjustable features a slot for your handlebar to slide, giving you a 2" or 4" range of height, perfect for households where multiple people push the wagon at different heights.

☕ Optional Cup Holder Add-On

Upgrade your extension with a custom-fit drink holder made to order specifically for our W4 handlebar extensions, fits both the Regular and Adjustable versions.

• Fits cups 3" in diameter or smaller (most standard tumblers, water bottles, and travel mugs)
• Snaps snugly directly over the 3D printed handlebar extension, no extra hardware needed
• Available for left side or right side, please specify at checkout
• Choose any of our 19 available colors

⚠️ The cup holder is designed exclusively for our 3D printed W4 handlebar extension and will not fit other surfaces.

🔩 Handlebar Extension What's Included

• 4 bolts (used with the original black end caps that came with your wagon)
• 4 quick-release pins (for attaching the handlebar to the extension)

⚖️ Usage Guidelines

• Do not apply excessive weight or force to the extension or cup holder
• Do not pull the cup holder outward away from the extension
• The extension is designed for normal pushing use only
• We are not responsible for any scratches or damage to the wagon's frame or handlebar during installation or use
• Install carefully and avoid overtightening bolts

🛠️ Materials & Care

Both the extension and cup holder are made with Polymaker™ PETG filament. Durable and impact-resistant, but:

• Extension and cup holders may soften in extreme heat (185°F / 85°C+)
  
• May become brittle in below-freezing temperatures
• Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present on all made-to-order items
