Custom design services are subject to our separate Custom Design Service Agreement. By requesting custom design services, you agree to the terms outlined in that agreement.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4.2 Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4.3 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

"Layered Midwest 3D Design Studio" and all related logos are trademarks of Layered Midwest 3D Design Studio, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
7.3 User Content
By submitting content to the Site (including photos, reviews, or testimonials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS

OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAYERED MIDWEST 3D DESIGN STUDIO,
LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Layered Midwest 3D Design Studio, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Layered Midwest 3D Design Studio, LLC regarding use of the Site.
